1. Service Definition
SAWM Platform is a technical intermediary that provides a space for buyers to publish their real estate requests (Post a Request) and for brokers and owners to submit their offers.

The platform does not own the units and does not guarantee the completion of the sale process; its role is strictly limited to “linking” the two parties.

2. Buyer Terms (Property Seeker)
The buyer is committed to the credibility of the data entered in the purchase request regarding (budget, location, and area).

Using the platform to “test the market” without a genuine intention to buy is prohibited. The platform reserves the right to block non-serious accounts.

3. Broker/Agent Terms (Offer Provider)
The broker acknowledges that all units offered to applicants are legal and physically available.

It is strictly forbidden to repeat the same offer more than once for the same request or to harass buyers with offers outside the scope of their requests.

In the event of any violation, the account will be blocked, and all necessary legal actions will be taken.

4. Fees and Subscriptions
Fees paid by brokers to access buyer data are for “technical services” and are non-refundable once contact information is accessed.

The platform reserves the right to modify subscription packages at any time, with or without prior notice to registered users.

5. Disclaimer
SAWM is not responsible for any legal or financial disputes arising between the buyer and the broker after the introduction stage via the platform.

We strongly advise all users to conduct a physical inspection and legal audit of documents before paying any funds outside the platform.

The platform reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
